Tony Penna, Vice President– Project Management / Environmental

Mr. Penna heads up Inland Development’s Victorville office and is responsible primarily for the environmental aspects of Inland Development’s power plant development efforts. Mr Penna has more than 25 years experience in engineering, maintenance, training, environmental, budgeting, finance, and project management. Mr. Penna holds an M.S. Management/Information Systems - Florida Institute of Technology, Patuxent River, MD, B.S.
